No-Bake & Healthy — ~77 Calories Each
Prep Time 1 hour
Calories: 77

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raw cashews — soak in water to soften them into a smooth, magical base
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates — naturally sweet binding gems (~415 kcal)
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract — the potion of flavor (~12 kcal)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powde — powdered essence of chocolate mountains (~50 kcal)

Method

  1. Soften the Cashews
Place the cashews in a medium bowl and cover with water. Let them soak for 30–60 minutes, then drain and pat dry
  2. Prepare the Dates
Remove the pits from the Medjool dates—they’ll help bind the chocolate balls together.
  3. Blend the Ingredients
In a food processor, combine cashews, dates, cocoa, coconut, and vanilla. Pulse, scraping down the sides as needed, until a sticky, smooth dough forms—like chocolate magic in your hands.
  4. Shape the Chocolate Orbs
Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough and roll into small spheres. Sprinkle with magical dust—extra coconut, cocoa, or colorful sprinkles—if desired. If the dough gets sticky, chill briefly in the fridge or wash your hands and continue.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
Serve chilled, or let sit at room temperature for a few minutes for softer orbs.
  6. Tips for Perfect Chocolate Power Balls Soak cashews well for smooth, easy-to-roll dough. Chill sticky dough for a few minutes to make shaping easier. Press into molds for stars, hearts, or other fun shapes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a month
  7. Optional: Rolled oats can replace coconut, or roll the orbs in extra cocoa or coconut for a magical finish.
